Pineapple Juice. Smoothie Recipe

This is a "good for you"  tropical treat smoothie recipe inspired by Self magazine.  Smoothies are delicious to sip on in the morning or they taste great when you want to perk up your afternoon. However they are usually expensive to purchase and quite often full of sugar. Here is a simple, healthy smoothie recipe that you can make at home.

Tropical Treat Smoothie

!/2 cup sparkling water
1/4 cup light coconut milk
1 cup diced mango
1 1/2 cups cubed pineapple
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh mint
2 tbl Agave  or honey
1 tsp orange zest
Puree all ingredients in a blender. Serves 2. You can serve this over ice or blend the ingredients with ice for a delicious treat. Probably shouldn't mention that I think this juice blend could be served much later in the day with some rum...just sayin...
