Ingredients:
1 cup milk or soy milk
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbl maple syrup
1 tbl ground flax seed
Puree in a blender. Makes 2 glasses. Serve over ice or blend with ice.
