Raspberry Blueberry Smoothie Recipe


This is a great tasting smoothie recipe. Its an easy one to double if you like the flavor combination. Take some to work with enough left over to enjoy when you're home at the end of the day!

Ingredients:

1 cup milk or soy milk
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbl maple syrup
1 tbl ground flax seed
Puree in a blender. Makes 2 glasses. Serve over ice or blend with ice.
